Success in specific subjects is important, and we also value a holistic approach to learning. Thus, our academic coaches are trained to support learning by teaching study skills, time management, and organizational skills. This helps students succeed in all areas of their education and prepares them for future independent learning.

  • The frequency of sessions depends on the student's needs and goals. Personalized sessions can start anywhere from 2-3 times per week or 1 time per week, depending on the availability of the student and coach.

  • Yes! We assess your student’s academic history, habits, and needs to create a personalized plan and match them with the best coach.

  • The subjects we coach vary based on the Academic Coaches on our team at a given time. We cannot guarantee subject availability, but we typically have coaches available in most subjects for grades 6-12.

  • We start with an initial consultation, during which we gather information about your student's academic history, learning needs and preferences, and goals. We use that information to find a coach that best fits your student’s needs. Coaches are chosen based on their proficiency in content areas and their ability to teach skills such as time management, study habits, and intrinsic motivation.
