  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one, if applicable)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, you do not need a teaching certification to work with Ardiendo Learning. Content expertise and teaching skills are evaluated during the interview process.

  • Yes, we train all of our Coaches how to incorporate our coaching philosophy into each session they have with a student.

  • Ardiendo Learning Coaches may work with students remotely and/or in person in the Orlando area.

  • Coaches work a flexible number of hours based on their availability, their students' needs, and the demand for coaching in their subject area(s).

  • Students are hand-matched with coaches based on their needs, goals, and subject areas using information from their initial consultation. We do our best to ensure each match pairs a student with the coach most qualified to support them.
