No, you do not need a teaching certification to work with Ardiendo Learning. Content expertise and teaching skills are evaluated during the interview process.

Yes, we train all of our Coaches how to incorporate our coaching philosophy into each session they have with a student.

Ardiendo Learning Coaches may work with students remotely and/or in person in the Orlando area.

Coaches work a flexible number of hours based on their availability, their students' needs, and the demand for coaching in their subject area(s).

Students are hand-matched with coaches based on their needs, goals, and subject areas using information from their initial consultation. We do our best to ensure each match pairs a student with the coach most qualified to support them.
