Academic Coaches provide a holistic approach to learning school subjects when meeting with students. They employ teaching pedagogies as recommended by the company to ensure consistent learning strategies that go beyond the general standards of tutoring.

Test Prep Coach

Test Prep Coaches use our proprietary test preparation curriculum to help students prepare for the ACT or SAT. They employ teaching methods, including our logic curriculum, as required by the company to ensure consistent learning and critical thinking.

College & Career Counselor

College & Career Counselors use their knowledge base and Ardiendo’s toolkit to empower students on their journey to entering college or their career. They work with students and families to customize a roadmap that works best for them and their future goals.

Qualifications

• Must have educational and experiential qualifications as deemed appropriate by the company leadership.  

• Must submit to a criminal background check required by the company.
