There’s more to college prep than grades and test scores. Whether your student is just starting high school or already thinking about college applications, our College Readiness Workshop will help you and your student build a strategic plan for their future.

Arlene Outerbridge & Dr. Sierra Outerbridge

Arlene Outerbridge is a college counselor who specializes in guiding students and families through academic planning and the college admissions process. With formal training in college counseling and experience in student guidance leadership, she brings both expertise and a practical, student-centered approach to her work. As Co-Founder of Ardiendo Learning, Arlene helps students navigate college readiness with clarity, strategy, and confidence.

Dr. Sierra Outerbridge is an educator and researcher focused on student learning, motivation, and college access. Her work explores how students learn and what contributes to long-term academic success in individuals and communities. As Co-Founder of Ardiendo Learning, she brings a research-driven perspective to helping families approach high school and college readiness with intention and clarity.
